Rule #5
Create insanely different experiences
Steve Jobs led an innovative life.
His footsteps on this world enriched the lives of many people.
When I seek out my blog as a break from motherhood and writing, I hope to enrich my mind and the minds of my readers in some way.
My blog has two purposes: (1) to give me a space to explore my thoughts and (2) to encourage thinking and discussion.
So my hope is that both my readers and I will find this a place that will enrich our lives in some tiny way.
(I'd hate to waste your time!)
I think that is why I find blogging as a way of art, an expression of what is inside of us, and that expression may come in the form of words, images, photos, and more.
When I express myself in my blog, I find the comments from my readers to be the truly enriching part of the experience for me, because my eyes are opened to new views and understandings.
How does your blog enrich the lives of others?
What is innovative about your blog, your writing, your walk in life?
P.S. As of today, I am now 34 years old! So I am thinking a lot about the footsteps I've taken and the footsteps I hope to take. I love the idea of creating insanely different experiences for myself and for others.

First, happy birthday!
I love blogging because I learn so much from my readers. The interchange of comments and ideas has helped me grow. I'm not sure how much I enrich my readers, but they definitely enrich me!
Sometimes I pass along information that I have found that will appeal to my demographic (women at midlife). Sometimes I just write from the heart about how I feel about my world. I hope that my readers can find pieces of themselves in what I share, and maybe be inspired to manifest their own dreams.
And, oh heck, on Fridays I post my fiction because I hope to entertain. I never wanted a huge audience, but it's nice when people read my work and enjoy it.
I don't know if my blog enriches anybody, but HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I hope you have a wonderful day and that the year ahead is full of all good things :)
Thank you Nadine and Susanna!!
Happy Belated Birthday Kim! I only hope that my blog enriches somebody. But I have to say you are such a creative and expressive writer - so true to this rule. Reading your blog truly has enriched my life.
